Suicide and Christianity

No particular person purchased by the blood of God will probably be in hell. Some say one need to confessindividual sins in order to retain their salvation, thuscommitting suicide makes this impossible and hell will be the result. To say that an individual who's saved can commit a sinful act and go to hell isdevaluing the blood of Jesus Christ. It was the blood ofGodthat streamed down that cross. It was the ultimate andpermanent sacrifice.

To say that a believer need to confess and ask forgiveness of a sin just before he dies as aprerequisitefor entering heaven is lowering the blood, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ as to make it in vain. Hebrews10:12"But this man, following he had provided 1 sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;"There is only 1 sacrifice for our sins. To say a single ought to ask forgiveness of a sin to stay saved would mean Jesus would have to be sacrificed more than and more than yet again.Hebrews 10:14"For by a single providing he hath perfectedfor everthem which can be sanctified."
1 John 1:9 "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." John here speaks of "communion" with God, not our "union" with God. As Christians we all sin, but our union with God, that is certainly our standing with God as being saved, by no means alterations. We're washed inside the blood, our sin illness has been healed by the blood of Jesus. We usually stay in our union with God because we are not saved by operates but by His blood. Our communion which is our fellowship and joy with God may be disrupted by sin. Confession, which is agreeing together with the Holy Spirit within us, restores our fellowship and joy with God.
If believer's die the physical death although their communion with God is broken, it does not modify their union with God through faith inside the blood, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Thousands ofscenarios could possibly be applied such as, "what if a Christian was driving down the road having a friend and also the two got into an argument and hurtful issues were mentioned, then in a flash they had been killed in a crash." Would the believer go to hell? It is a ridiculous argument. A person committing suicide is no different from the crash victim, each died out of communion with God. But each are washed in the blood and each go to be using the Lord Jesus whom they trusted in for salvation.
Sadly, but I feel accurate, most believers probably die whilst becoming out of communion with God. So if unconfessed sin sends a believer to hell, there are various people inside a large amount of difficulty.Remember sin is sin and any sin can break our fellowship with God. James two:ten "For whosoever shall hold the entire law, and yet offend in 1 point, he is guilty of all." Now James wasn't teaching you will find not degrees in sin, obviously there are. The act ofcommitting homosexuality or adultery is worse than telling a lie. But what James was teaching underinspiration was if you sin then in God's eyes you happen to be a sinner and just as guilty as any other sinner. Theunforgivensin nature is what denies someoneunionwith God, the unconfessedsin of a believer breaks hiscommunionwith God, but since the believer has placed trust in Jesus Christ, hisunionis secure.
When we sin and confess that sin to God, we are not praying to restore our salvation, but our fellowship, peace and joy with God. Can a believer get so low and depressed that he or she contemplates suicide? Certainly one particular can. Specially if that believer is not saturated day-to-day within the things of God. Our Bible, God's Word is our very best defense to battle depression. We reside in a fallen creation in which a lot pain and heartache exist. Christians are notimmuneto the sorrows of this globe. We ought to constantly let Jesus be the focus of our life and remain in His Word everyday. This will be a lot more profitable than any anti-depression pill in the marketplace. As believers we could fail the Lord Jesus, but He will in no way fail us. Jesus is pleading our situation even when we are unable to...Hebrews 7:25 Wherefore He is in a position also tosave them to the uttermostthat come unto God by Him,seeing He ever liveth to produce intercession for them. Praise to Him and all His faithfulness!
